INNOVATE DESIGN STUDIO has a strong PLANNING and  DESIGN background ranging from site analysis and conceptual layout, through master planning, detailed design, and implementation. We are comfortable designing at all different scales of development from the community master plan, to streetscape design, to individual site designs for private residences, to the construction detailing of a resort swimming pool. Working at very large scales and developing the VISION for an entire community or resort destination—which may include fractional ownership and for sale home sites, golf courses and recreational destinations, town centers, a centralized theme, and even detailed streetscape design—is an important part of our practice.

The team at INNOVATE DESIGN STUDIO has  helped to craft the vision for several resort communities, some notable projects include Bang Tao Bay in Phuket, Thailand; the Four Seasons Resort Belize; Legato, a golf community in La Paz, Mexico; and the Viceroy Mayakoba in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
